GROOVED HOT PLATE GRIDDLE

A grooved hot plate griddle made of polished mild steel, featuring a 3.0mm thick upstand guard on three sides. It has a rear flame duct and a stainless steel tubular burner with a low and high flame control valve. The front panel includes lighting, along with an oil drainage channel and a front-mounted oil collection tray for easy maintenance. The unit is built on a heavy-duty stainless steel top frame, mounted on a sturdy 40x40mm SHS structure, with panels on the top and an undershelf between the legs for enhanced stability and functionality
